Teen Therapy

Couples Therapy

My approach to couples therapy is collaborative and solution-focused. I work with you to identify patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to your difficulties and help you develop new ways of interacting that foster mutual understanding and respect. EMDR Trauma-Focused Therapy & Healing

Traumatic stress can arise from a single impactful event or from prolonged exposure to abusive behavior and fear-triggering experiences. It can manifest weeks, months, or even years after the activating event(s). If you have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Acute Stress Disorder (ASD), or another trauma-based condition, EMDR can help. EMDR stands for “Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.” While the name might sound intimidating, the therapy itself is highly effective.

EMDR helps rewire the connection between thoughts and emotions, allowing you to reprocess traumatic events so that they no longer trigger the same intense reactions. By addressing the root causes of your trauma, EMDR therapy can significantly reduce the symptoms and help you regain control over your life.

Addiction

As an Addiction Counselor since 2016, and having grown up in a family affected by addiction, I am deeply committed to helping others on their path to recovery and wellness. Each person's journey is unique, and I believe that "one size does not fit all" in counseling. My approach is tailored to meet your specific needs, combining traditional counseling methods with healing practices such as EMDR.

I specialize in treating various aspects of addiction, including recovery, sobriety, loss, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My goal is to support your wellness in mind, body, and spirit, guiding you towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Life Coach

My therapy style incorporates a coaching approach, ideal for those times when traditional therapy might not be enough or even necessary. Whether you need help achieving goals, making transitions, or simply getting unstuck, I’m here to provide the guidance and support you need.
